Butterflies
These butterfly works are cast in solid sterling silver.They are one of my signature works. They are worn suspended neatly on a thick sterling silver rope or popcorn chain, at a length of 18” normally. They truly have a substantial weight.
I have a mold which I pull waxes from twice a year for this small collection of butterfly works. I can also cast in bronze by request.
The background details are liver of sulphured in contrast to the polished silver surface. They are a joy to create.
